Refunds

Two separate promises. One is the ordinary change-of-mind refund. The other is what happens if the fault is ours.

If we get the calculation wrong

We refund what you paid for that year in full, and the next year is free. There is no time limit on this one.

That covers our side of the work — a threshold we read wrong, a conversion we botched, a file the submission software will not take. It does not cover fines or interest, and it does not cover a figure you entered that turned out to be different — the same two lines our terms draw. You can check whether we were wrong: every number we use is on the rules page with the regulation it came from.

If you simply change your mind

Ask within 30 days of payment and we refund in full, no reason needed. Tier II is a once-a-year job, so 30 days is long enough to put your real inventory in and see whether the answer helps.

The one exception: if you have already downloaded a finished filing file for a site, that site’s work is done and is not refundable. Everything else still is.

Renewals

Plans renew once a year. Where your state requires it, Paddle emails you before the charge; either way, you can cancel at any time from your account — cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the year you paid for runs out. If a renewal catches you by surprise, tell us within 30 days and we will refund it.

How to ask

Email filings@tallymark.co with the address you paid with. No form to fill in. Refunds go back to the card you used and usually take a few business days to appear.
